Responsibilities:

As an experienced Shift Leader, you will demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and motivational skills. Your role will involve engaging in continuous development, prioritizing tasks, and driving solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Shift Pattern:

  • Full-time Days: Rolling 5-on, 3-off schedule
  • Hours: 38.5 hours per week, with variable start and finish times
  • Overtime: May be available but is not guaranteed

Pay Rate:

  • £32,000 per annum

Person Specification:

This position is in a warehouse supplying UK Airports, so applicants must meet security criteria.
