Salary - £35,857 - £41,578 per annum
Location - Scotland, close to Mount Oliphant
Hours - Permanent, Full Time or Part time - depending on your preference  
Shift Pattern - Mixed, rotational shifts

Summary
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse or a Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN & RNLD ) for their low secure hospital for adults, based in Scotland.

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN & RNLD ) you will ensure young adults within this low secure service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Supporting complex mental health needs, personality disorder, trauma, psychosis, self-harm and offending behaviour.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN or RNLD )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of one years of mental health / learning disability / low - high secure, forensic, PICU, acute / NHS or private experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
