As a Haulier Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind onboarding and supporting hauliers onto our cutting-edge platform. You’ll combine your industry expertise with a knack for relationship management to ensure hauliers thrive while embracing digital tools that enhance their operations.

The Candidate;
- Experience within a data entry / administration based logistics role
- Solid background in haulage or logistics, with an understanding of operational processes.
- Experience in account management, compliance, or customer onboarding is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a focus on compliance.
- Tech-savvy, with a passion for digital innovation in logistics.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving industry change.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Haulier Onboarding:
- Guide hauliers through the onboarding process, offering demonstrations and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Effectively communicate the platform’s benefits to drive engagement and usage.
Compliance Management:
- Vet hauliers to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and oversee up-to-date records, conducting periodic checks.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hauliers, addressing their needs and building trust.
- Foster long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Digital Advocacy:
- Promote adoption of digital tools, showcasing their value to hauliers.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance the platform.
Operational Insights:
- Use your haulage expertise to contribute to strategic initiatives that optimize operations.
