An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional hospitality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring the seamless operation of food and beverage services, golf days, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise revenue opportunities with creativity and strategic planning, ensuring growth in food and beverage sales, golf days, and private events.

  • Maintain and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service, creating an exceptional guest experience in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

  • Ensure all Clubhouse operations align with budgeted costs, including effective payroll control and cost management.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain exceptional service levels.

  • Drive product and service knowledge across the team, encouraging upselling opportunities and enhancing the overall guest journey.

  • Oversee reservation systems to ensure maximum capacity and seamless dining experiences.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of food, wines, and dietary requirements to advise guests effectively.

  • Monitor and improve Food & Beverage Gross Profit margins, adjusting pricing where necessary.

  • Implement training plans based on team needs, ensuring staff are equipped with the skills to excel in a five-star environment.

  • Work collaboratively with senior management, attending meetings and contributing to operational success.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the team delivers a proactive, "can-do" approach to service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing high-end Clubhouse or hospitality operations.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Exceptional knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality industry trends.

  • A proactive approach to revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to maintain and enhance luxury service standards in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in managing budgets, payroll, and financial performance.

  • Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems (e.g., ResDiary) is advantageous.
