Description

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop financial strategies that align with corporate goals and service delivery plans.
  • Medium-Term Financial Planning: Lead the coordination of Medium-Term Financial Plan, Revenue Budget, and Capital Programme.
  • Capital Strategy & Treasury Management: Oversee capital budgets, funding, and borrowing strategies while driving the development of Treasury Strategy.
  • Final Accounts Management: Ensure the smooth and timely production of the final accounts.
  • Budget Oversight: Provide financial management and budgetary support to Directors, ensuring robust financial governance.
  • Audit Leadership: Manage internal audit processes and be the key point of contact for external auditors.
  • Change & Development Projects: Offer financial expertise to support major organisational change, efficiency programmes, and capital development projects

  • Qualified Accountant
