- Assist reconciliations from the Sales, Payroll, Purchasing and Treasury departments into the monthly management accounts, also making the relevant accruals and prepayments
- Reporting variances against budget, Â and/or investigate any anomalies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Develop working relationships within the wider finance team to ensure all necessary information flows to enable production of the monthly management accounts.
- Contribute to the process of continuous improvements in the department. To increase the efficiency and quality of all aspects of the accounting and reporting functions
- Assist with the production of routine and ad hoc analysis and reports, as required by the Head of Management Accounts
- Support and development will be on hand in this role, we need the right attitude and for the candidate to want to progress into Accounts support and prep.
- Solid systems and Excel knowhow will be required on a day to day basis
- Happy with a hybrid working model.
