Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a knack for communication and detail? Are you fluent in Spanish? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a dynamic team in Darlington on a temporary basis. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with an average of two days on-site per week. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with internal business units and external customers over the phone and email, following standardized processes to manage collections.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Prepare detailed reports to monitor and update the status of each customer account.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales teams and other departments to quickly resolve any Accounts Receivable issues and foster positive working relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in projects focused on continuous improvement in Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and address issues proactively, working with various business units to find efficient solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in an Accounts Receivable or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills are required; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to support specific business needs.
  • Communication: Open, friendly communicator with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing accounts and handling data is essential for this role.
  • Flexibility: Able to work on-site in Darlington during training and on average two days per week.
