Description

  • Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
  • Settling all outstanding creditors in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all invoices are coded and posted correctly.
  • Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger.
  • Assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries.
  • Processing business expense returns and staff outlays.
  • Checking supplier statements to ensure all is up to date and filed correctly.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
