Alexander Lloyd are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead and develop a transforming pensions team and a hybrid working model for the clients Darlington office. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to internal procedures, complies with all relevant pensions legislation and regulations, and consistently delivers a high-quality service. Your leadership will be key to achieving our business goals and ensuring we provide a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead, motivate, and develop a team of pension administrators.

-Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of pensions.

-Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance.

-Monitor and support the team's performance, providing opportunities for learning and development.

-Implement best practices and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve processes.

-Collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

About You

-Strong background in the pensions industry, with extensive knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) administration.

-Previous experience in people management is highly desirable, though not essential.

-Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and supporting team development.

-Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adjusting priorities quickly and effectively.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

-Passionate about delivering great service and fostering strong working relationships.
