Your Role:

As Sales & Projects Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of expanding our client’s reach and service offering, by building lasting relationships with clients across the country. With a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 and the opportunity to earn up to £40,000 through on-target earnings, this role is perfect for someone eager to make a mark in sales and develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in uncovering new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and taking projects from initial contact through to order completion. This includes handling outbound and inbound inquiries, supporting sales, and working directly with clients to understand and deliver their vision. Sound like a fit? Business Development & Sales Management:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Actively seek out new business leads through social media, the CRM, and other lead generation sources.
  • Create Strong First Impressions: Initiate contact with prospective clients, presenting our products and services to lay the groundwork for successful partnerships.
  • Attend Client Meetings & Networking Events: Schedule and attend in-person meetings and industry events to build connections and exchange insights.
  • Keep Clients Engaged: Regularly follow up with new clients to ensure they receive excellent service and value.
  • Ensure Account Visibility: Use CRM to maintain visibility of target accounts across the team, promoting collaboration towards shared goals.
Sales Support:
  • Qualify Leads Thoroughly: Gather and evaluate information on potential clients to confirm alignment with our products and services.
  • Maintain Clear Communication: Keep in close contact with clients, ensuring clarity and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate Samples & Manage Quotes: Arrange for samples, negotiate prices, and create tailored quotes that meet client needs.
  • Highlight Completed Projects: Collect project images post-completion to showcase to future clients and celebrate successes.
  • Finalize Sales & Manage Transitions: Close deals, confirm purchase orders, and oversee smooth handovers to project management.
  • Pursue Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with senior stakeholders on larger projects and contribute innovative ideas during weekly marketing meetings.

  • Achieve Targets: Support team turnover goals and consistently meet individual monthly revenue targets.
  • Ensure Deal Quality & Profit Margins: Sustain an average deal value and uphold healthy profit margins on each project.
