- Preparation of bills of quantities, design specifications, valuations on contracts, and measurement of works on-site.
- Process documentation/information to aid various sections in performing their works efficiently.
- Carry out subcontractor evaluations post-contract and manage sub-contractor accounts.
- Lead on retrofit grant schemes and ensure all requirements are achieved to deliver a compliant and successful scheme.
- Support in the procurement of contracts, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of tender submissions.
- HNC in Building Studies or equivalent.
- 5 years' experience in the construction/maintenance industry.
- Degree in a Construction-related subject.
- Experience working in a local authority.
