Multiple vacancies for experience with Fanuc, Hurco or Matsuura machines.
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 11:30am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines, including milling and turning equipment, to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate production.
- Set up machines for production runs, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to tolerances and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Assemble components as required, utilising hand tools and basic maths skills for precise measurements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall productivity.
