We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, and experienced contracts administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Contracts Administrator you will be providing an efficient and effective service to our teams of engineers and external clients. You must be efficient, organised and punctual, be able to multitask, handle pressure and have good communication skills. You will be required to perform:

1. log, manage, monitor, and control workflow of jobs through our Client Management System

2. act as a point of contact for clients and their stakeholders

3. monitor the progress and completion of jobs in line with performance requirements

4. prepare quotations in line with our procedures using set templates for our clients and process once accepted, including costing sheets & ordering of parts

5. assist in the preparing rental agreements

6. assist our accounts department with invoicing accordingly for completed works

7. provide relevant work instructions/site information to engineers

8. handle telephone esquires from our clients and staff and take messages

9. assist in the completion of daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports (including daily performance, non-conformance and volume reports) within specified deadlines when required

10. develop close working relationships with area managers, supervisors and field engineers, assist in the planning and scheduling installations jobs and workloads

11. recognize and promote equal opportunities policy and practice at work

12. assist in maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety legislation and policy

13. respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place

14. undertake any other administration duties as may be required from as appropriate to the post
