The RoleI am delighted to be supporting a well-renowned manufacturing company with their search for an on-going temporary Customer Order Processor. This opportunity offers hybrid working arrangements after training, an excellent working environment, and the chance to join a fantastic team!Duties:
  • Actioning orders and queries
  • Completing order processing – using Electronic Ordering (EDI) 
  • Coordinating the customer orderbook – On Time In Full (OTIF)
  • Answering day-to-day queries from both customers and the warehouse. These may be stock related, regarding bookings or relevant to supplier portals
  • Coordinating the investigation and corrective actions relating to credits
  • Maintaining systems and price files
  • Providing support to the Consumer Brands
  • Answering calls from retailers
The PersonSkills/Attributes:
  • Experience with order processing systems (ERP) (e.g. PRMS / REX)
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel
  • The successful candidate will have experience in a supply chain environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite of this position, both internal and external
