The Role: You will act as the liaison between the business and customers. Answer calls, following guidelines, find solutions that work for the business and customer, provide feedback to your team leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure incoming telephone calls are answered promptly, and responses are in line with company guidelines and procedures
  • Communicate with customers, ensure responses adhere to all applicable internal and external guidelines
  • Provide feedback on the volume and type of calls being handled
  • Use appropriate systems to maintain accurate records for both clients and customers
  • Find solutions, balance the needs of customers and those of the business, negotiate effective solutions.

We need:

  • Experience working in a similar call centre environment
  • Excellent communicators with great listening skills. You need to be able to communicate clearly on the phone.
  • Enthusiasm, empathy, great customer service and customer relationship management
  • Ability to understand information quickly and adjust to changing situations
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to work effectively whilst remaining calm under pressure
