As a Customer Service Temp, you’ll play a key role in conducting telephone surveys to gather feedback and uncover actionable insights that drive our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

As our Customer Service Temp your main duties will involve:

  • Conduct engaging customer surveys over the phone, gathering honest and meaningful feedback.

  • Accurately record customer responses, identifying trends and key insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance survey processes and share your ideas.
  • Represent our business as a friendly, professional, and customer-focused voice.

About You

  • Excellent Communicator: You’re confident, approachable, and know how to build rapport with customers. Ideally you will have previous experience in a telephony-based customer service role.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your accuracy ensures every insight is captured and logged.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic experience with survey tools, spreadsheets, or CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Customer-Focused: You genuinely care about creating positive experiences for customers.
  • Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to team success.
  • Determined and Results-Oriented: You have the drive to complete tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring goals are met every step of the way.
