My client is a commercially focused, successful and thriving Building Services division which are currently looking to recruit an Electrician to join the repairs and maintenance team.

Main Duties:
- Electrician required to carry out periodic testing to tenanted properties
- Communicating with tenants / customers to specify jobs
- Working from jobs lists as set by company
- Logging all job completion throughout the day
- Duties vary day to day depending on customer requirements
Role Requirements:
- MUST have 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent
- Confident speaking to tenants and customers
- Ability to inspect own work
- Experience working on housing projects ideal but not essential
