The Maintenance Electrician/Electrical Maintenance Engineer position is based in Darlington, DL1 and operates Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week.
The role is set to start on October 21, 2024, and will last until December 20, 2024, with a minimum requirement.
The hourly rate for this position is £18.95 PAYE or £23.00 Umbrella, with no CIS or LTD options available.
Candidates should possess experience in providing reactive and pre-planned maintenance services, ideally with a multi-skilled background in electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.

Maintenance Electrician/Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Commercial FM)Working – Monday to Friday, (40hrs per week)Starting – 21/10/2024Duration – 20/12/24, minimumLocations – Darlington, DL1Hourly Rate - £18.95PAYE OR £23.00 UMBRELLA (No CIS/LTD) Duties may include but are not limited to:Provide attendance to reactive and pre-planned maintenance (PPM) service requests within agreed SLA - as per project requirements to all operational assetsProvide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical, mechanical and building fabric disciplines.Carry out modifications and installations as and when required.Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required and clearly communicate technical issues.Ensure that work is carried out to a high standard of quality and in line with current legal standards, company policies and proceduresMaximise availability of all mechanical and electrical equipment through continuous improvement, optimum performance / improved efficiencies and cost reductionsMaintain equipment supported by sound diagnostic and problem-solving skills, raising issues as required to the Facilities Manager or Lead Engineering on a timely basis.Maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimise both reliability and maintainability.Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators (KPI) / service level agreements.Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.To discuss this vacancy, please apply to the job with your updated CV
