An excellent opportunity to for an Architectural Technologist to join one of the country's leading Architectural practices in a varied architectural position where you will have the opportunity to gain further qualifications such as chartership and long term progression to either People management or Technical expert roles.

In this role you will have a number of responsibilities where you'll be managing multiple projects at once that have been assigned to you by the directors. You'll be responsible for managing the projects through all the RIBA stages. You will be using software such as Revit to create detailed technical drawings. You'll be liaising with your colleagues, consultants and on-site teams to ensure that projects are running to specification and helping solve any problems when they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you'll be attending monthly review meetings to discuss progress of projects.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Architectural Technologist with good construction and Revit experience. Looking to join a leading architectural practise with lots of progression and development opportunities.

The Role:

• Working on mixture of projects in a variety of sectors
• Based in their office near Dudley
• Potential for site visits across the country
• Opportunity for further technical development and support through chartership and progression up the company as they grow

The Person:

• Architectural Technologist
• Good experience and knowledge of the construction industry
• Experience working on Commercial Buildings (Steel or concrete frames)
• Proficient in Revit
• Full UK drivers license
