Our client is looking to recruit several production operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties:

  • Operate manual and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, identifying and reporting hazards.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standard work processes.
  • Maintain production goals while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and support teams to identify and address equipment issues.
  • Engage in continuous learning and participate in HSE and skills development training.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, performing routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
  • Support process improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard work procedures, quality control, and safety protocols.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to meet production targets and work efficiently under minimal supervision

Shifts & Pay:

Annually Pay: £29440.76

Working 37.5 hpw across 3 shift pattern rotation:

Nights: Sunday to Thursday 10.00pm - 6.00am

Days: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm

Backs: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 10.00pm and Friday 6.00am - 7.10pm
