Reed Finance are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence and continuous improvement.  I am sourcing for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Manager to join their team and drive financial performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager include:

  • Manage and guide the finance team with strong leadership and a hands-on approach.
  • Drive improvements and implement robust processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury functions.
  • Ensure continuous improvements in financial operations and reporting.
  • Tackle complex financial problems with resilience and innovative solutions.
  • Redesign and optimise financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide detailed analysis of investigations.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audit.
  • Manage corporation tax & VAT data

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role with a track record of driving improvements and implementing processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Hands-on approach to managing financial operations.
  • Resilient and capable of dealing with complex problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process redesign skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
