Key Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager include:
- Manage and guide the finance team with strong leadership and a hands-on approach.
- Drive improvements and implement robust processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury functions.
- Ensure continuous improvements in financial operations and reporting.
- Tackle complex financial problems with resilience and innovative solutions.
- Redesign and optimise financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide detailed analysis of investigations.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audit.
- Manage corporation tax & VAT data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with a track record of driving improvements and implementing processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Hands-on approach to managing financial operations.
- Resilient and capable of dealing with complex problems.
- Excellent problem-solving and process redesign skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
