Key responsibilities will include:-
- Accurately maintaining supplier & customer master accounts
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Complex query resolution
- Audit support
- Ongoing technical support and training for the team
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be an experienced Ledger Supervisor who enjoys managing, nurturing and improving your team's performance. Knowledge of a complex manufacturing based ERP system is essential.
- Joining an established team with differing levels of experience, this role is ideal for you if you strive for continuous improvement, particularly across Vendor Improvement Systems.
- You will be someone who enjoys implementing process improvements, looks to streamline and improve processes and controls wherever possible and strives to make changes, not simply for change's sake but to enable a better, more efficient system for both staff and suppliers & customers.
- Whilst this is a supervisory role, you will still be a key point of contact for suppliers in particular and involved in the more complex query resolutions.
