Driver Labourer
We are currently recruiting for a Driver Labourer to work with our client on a long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled labourer with experience in social housing to join a reputable company on a 16-week temp-to-perm contract. The role offers the chance to progress into a permanent position with a competitive salary and additional benefits.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card preferred (had one at least once before or current)
- Social housing experience is a must
- Experience assisting trades in responsive repairs and Wetroom fitting
- General social housing labouring
- Full Clean Driving License
- Provide at least 1 reference
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting tradespeople with responsive repairs
- Supporting the team with wetroom fitting and general maintenance
- Carrying out general labouring duties across social housing properties
- Driving between sites, if you have your own car (additional benefits apply)
Rate: 16 per hour (umbrella)
Temp to perm: 16 weeks
When permanent: Salary of 24,000-26,000 + additional 3,000 if using own car (fuel covered)
