Our client is looking to recruit a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join the Wards team.

This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week. We also welcome applications for part-time hours. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical best practices
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols.
  • Lead and mentor junior nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with NMC Code of Conduct and hospital policies
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ward

Requirements :

  • Registered General Nurse (Level 1) with valid NMC pin
  • Diploma or BSc in Nursing Studies
  • Mentorship qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in IT systems
