Our client is looking to recruit a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join the Wards team.
This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week. We also welcome applications for part-time hours. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical best practices
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols.
- Lead and mentor junior nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with NMC Code of Conduct and hospital policies
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ward
Requirements :
- Registered General Nurse (Level 1) with valid NMC pin
- Diploma or BSc in Nursing Studies
- Mentorship qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent)
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks
- Proficiency in IT systems
