The General Manager Skills / Experience required.

  • Proven experience managing a high-end venue, luxury hotel, or event space. A background in exclusive-use venues or 5-star service environments is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in planning and executing weddings or large-scale events
  • Strong experience in managing and motivating teams, ensuring consistent, exceptional service standards. Ability to train staff to deliver the highest level of hospitality.
  • A track record of providing VIP-level customer service, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with couples and guests, handling requests or issues with grace and efficiency.
  • Experience in budget management, forecasting, and operational decision-making to ensure profitability and smooth venue operations.
  • Experience in working with sales teams or directly handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and upselling services to maximize revenue.
  • High-level organizational skills, ensuring every aspect of a wedding runs seamlessly, from the decor to the catering.
