We are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Recruiter/Manager for a very successful and established office in the Darlington area. You will have a strong background within recruitment and be looking for a new opportunity.

The role includes managing and mentoring existing staff. Setting realistic goals, being hands on, filling both temp and permanent roles where applicable. You will have a budget to work to and to nurture new business opportunities.
The client offers a salary of between 30000 - 40000pa. A host of benefits including a generous commission structure, health care including dental and optical a Dr Assist scheme, Death in Service and a host of other benefits subject to successful completion of the probation.
