Group IT Compliance Manager

Are you an expert in IT governance and information security? We are seeking an IT Governance Managerto lead the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, improve compliance controls, and to maintain Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role will involve policy creation, supplier audits, risk assessments, and staff security training. You will ensure compliance with ISO27001, GDPR, and other standards, while driving security improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the ISMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier lifecycle processes.
• Lead staff security training and awareness programs.
• Perform risk assessments and support audits.
• Manage security vulnerabilities and incident response.

Experience & Skills

• Proven track record in IT compliance.
• Understanding of ISO27001, GDPR, and related standards.
• Strong policy development and communication skills.
• Experience with risk management and supplier onboarding.
