An exciting opportunity has arisen to join ZIGUP IT team as an experienced IAM Analyst, which provides first line IT support to end users across the business.Working out of our Darlington office, you will process requests to create, update, remove Active Directory accounts. Changing user permissions, providing access to file shares, applications and mailboxes all within an controlled and compliant framework are part of the day to day.
You will make personalised decisions and actions whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions. Additionally, you will provide valuable support to our service desk functions and ad hoc duties when required.

About You
- First and foremost, you will have experience within a similar role, or have transferrable skills to bring to the opportunity
- You will be a highly customer focused individual that demonstrates a full and active understanding of Governance policies and the importance of compliant User administration.
- You will have a methodical and structured approach to work with a strong eye for detail and precision whilst holding the ability to take a logical approach to fault finding and problem resolution.
- You will be able to engage and challenge across all levels to ensure the delivery of compliant user access administration
- You will project a positive, friendly and professional persona at all times whilst being able to work as part of a team, and to carry out duties using your own initiative.
