Skills Required -

* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.* Knowledge of hardware components and peripherals.* Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.* Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities -

* Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.* Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications and operating systems.* Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.* Document support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps, for knowledge sharing and future reference.
