Alexander Lloyd are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join a well established Pension Administration Service based in Darlington on a hybrid working model. As a Project Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects and change initiatives, adhering to the project governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of projects aligned with the companies strategy.
- Ensure projects are governed, scoped, and executed within set budgets and time frames.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build trust, guiding them through the project journey.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvements in business change processes, policies, and procedures.
- Projects include; Dashboard, GMP, Buy-Ins/Buy-Outs, Data Rectifications
About You
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding and application of relevant project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, with the ability to navigate challenges and provide clear, factual insights.
- Experience in managing projects within a pension environment is highly desirable.
