An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established business in Darlington as an Office Manager.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a proactive, confident, and organised individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to multitask. You will be joining a team of successful individuals, helping to take our already thriving business to the next level.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handling correspondence and queries via email and telephone.
  • Processing and chasing invoices..
  • Implementing and maintaining office administrative procedures and systems.
  • Attending meetings with senior management and clients.
  • Liaising with production staff
  • Processing and documenting holidays and sickness from production team.
  • Collating payroll.
