BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a temporary office manager to join their client in Darlington on a temporary contract for 8 months.This is the ideal opportunity for an immediately available office manager. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS.  Key Benefits:

Your Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the daily administration of the office including line managing administration staff.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and all admin systems.
  • Assist with meetings and events, including the organisation of rooms and equipment, and providing refreshments.
  • Ensure all staff create a welcoming reception for all visitors and ensuring that all visitor checks are in place,
  • Manage manual and computerised information systems.
  • Produce reports as required.
  • Carry out filling/ photocopying a printing as required.
  • Organise incoming and outgoing post.
  • Assist with procurement.
  • Assist with the organisation of repairs.
You will need:
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Experience of managing and maintaining administration and organisations systems.
  • Excellent understanding of data protection.
  • Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be immediately available and have an up-to-date DBS.
