- Lead the daily administration of the office including line managing administration staff.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and all admin systems.
- Assist with meetings and events, including the organisation of rooms and equipment, and providing refreshments.
- Ensure all staff create a welcoming reception for all visitors and ensuring that all visitor checks are in place,
- Manage manual and computerised information systems.
- Produce reports as required.
- Carry out filling/ photocopying a printing as required.
- Organise incoming and outgoing post.
- Assist with procurement.
- Assist with the organisation of repairs.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Experience of managing and maintaining administration and organisations systems.
- Excellent understanding of data protection.
- Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be immediately available and have an up-to-date DBS.
