DARLINGTON (Ref 691) temporary until end August 2025 with a permanent role available
up to £30k + 32 days holiday + banks + excellent pension (pro rata )
As our client continues to build their People team, there is an opportunity for an HR Administrator to join the newly appointed Director of People & Culture, on an interim basis initially, although the budget does allow for a permanent appointment. The Director of People will spend the coming months determining the role content on a permanent basis, which may differ slightly.
Key responsibilities and focus of role:
- Combination of administrative support and project support work
- Admin support for activities such as recruitment and absence; also as a development opportunity will be able to shadow People Partners in ER case meetings
- Project support work will include being involved in:
- process mapping and redesign to streamline and digitalise HR processes
- redesign and roll-out of corporate induction
- developing and publicising employee benefits
- review of HR systems
Experience required:
- Experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant
- Attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Maintains confidentiality
