Your new roleSupporting the Payroll Manager you will ensure the various payrolls are completed with accuracy and on time. Key duties will include:-
- Process the various weekly & monthly payrolls looking after a total of a 1000+ employees
- Ensure all the payroll deductions to net pay are calculated correctly
- Assist with the auto-enrollment pension processes
- Recommend and assist with process improvements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
What you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will already have experience of working within a busy payroll department, and potentially you will be studying towards your CIPP qualification. What you'll get in return
