About You

  • Has a keen understanding of markets and trends to drive new product initiatives.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in project and programme management.
  • Is a confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Is highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Can work under pressure and challenge the status quo.
  • Has a customer-first mindset and always keeps the end-user in focus.
  • Is willing to travel to offices, branches, and customer sites across the UK.
  • Has experience in fast-paced service sectors, with knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies being a bonus!
  • Brings a collaborative, optimistic attitude.
