In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on operations and processes, ensuring that both new and existing products are seamlessly integrated and optimized, with the customer experience always at the forefront.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will lead projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. You’ll also play a crucial part in the ongoing development of products and services, collaborating with the wider product team.

About You
- Has a keen understanding of markets and trends to drive new product initiatives.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in project and programme management.
- Is a confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Is highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Can work under pressure and challenge the status quo.
- Has a customer-first mindset and always keeps the end-user in focus.
- Is willing to travel to offices, branches, and customer sites across the UK.
- Has experience in fast-paced service sectors, with knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies being a bonus!
- Brings a collaborative, optimistic attitude.
