About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Administration Manager to lead the Pension Administration teams, ensuring a high-quality, member-first service for trustees, employers, and members alike. In this pivotal role, you will focus on delivering a "right-first-time" approach, achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining commitment to excellence in customer experience.
Your ability to analyse operational insights and manage resources proactively will be critical in overcoming challenges and maintaining seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support the BAU processing teams to deliver a high-quality pension administration service.
- Ensure SLA targets and member-first measures are consistently met.
- Utilise management information (MI) and operational insights to anticipate and address resource requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship, supporting team development and adaptability through change.
