Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of all aspects of quantity surveying across a variety of projects. Your expertise will ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Innovate and InspireOffer cutting-edge advice on cost management, procurement strategies, and contract administration, keeping us at the forefront of the industry.

Drive ExcellencePrepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports that set new benchmarks in the industry. Your attention to detail will keep our projects running smoothly and efficiently.

Strategise for SuccessPerform risk assessments and value engineering to ensure projects are optimised for both performance and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate and ConquerWork closely with a talented team of project managers, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Champion ComplianceEnsure that all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices - because quality and safety are non-negotiable.

Mentor Future LeadersSupport and guide junior quantity surveyors, helping to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• An appropriate associated degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, high-profile projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in industry software and tools.
