As an Associate Partner you will have demonstrable agency experience in either lettings and/or sales and proven success of appraising, listing property to high standards and comfortable presenting in all scenarios and building strong customer relationships. Using your entrepreneurial approach, your primary role as an Associate Partner will be developing your landlord and vendor network, prospecting for new business opportunities and driving income across lettings and sales across Liverpool and surrounds, where you can grow your business with autonomy supported constantly by the Directors and complete 'back office' administration support including consistent marketing. *NB This Associate Partner opportunity is a self employed role; full support, including initial funding and assistance to establish your limited company will be provided for the right candidate.  Responsibilities for this Associate Partner role will include:
  • Support and develop existing client base
  • Prospecting for new clients  
  • Presenting our clients range of services to very high standards 
  • Securing new listings
  • Conduct external appointments & viewings
  • Refer business opportunities to our clients' preferred partners 
Skills & Experience for this Associate Partner role:
  • Demonstrable listing experience and exceptional core residential letting &/or estate agency skills 
  • Presentation to the highest standards 
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach 
  • Superb organisation and willingness to place the client first 
  • Business acumen to develop your territory
