We’re a independently owned Employment Business specialising in Recruitment, HR, and Payroll solutions. Our mission? To connect people and opportunities, because we believe that people matter. We’re currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering a first-class candidate experience.

What does the role entail?

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is so varied. But as an example :-

  • Source new candidates via marketing, calling from adverts, job boards, CRM etc
  • Source new roles via current clients and new clients (SALES!)
  • Video outreach & daily Linkedin marketing (Personal brand)
  • A mix of current clients and business development.
  • Administration
  • Client meetings – Video and Site visits

We aren’t “transactional sellers” This is either business-to-business or building relationships with candidates. That takes time to build up your reputation and trust. You will be helping companies grow and candidates make at times life-changing decisions

Skills needed to make a successful Recruitment Consultant?

  • A desire to sell and a resilience to take the NO’s. – This is still very much a sales-based role.
  • Experience building relationships with people and businesses.
  • Motivation to succeed and change your life. The average recruiter earns 40-50k here. Some in excess of 75k. You get out what you put in.
  • Thrive working in a team environment.

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm on Fridays (37.5 hours per week).
  • Office-based role with occasional travel to meet client needs.
