Reed HR are working with an organisation in the North East to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-month FTC.

Key Responsibilities and duties:

  • Advise on resourcing policy, processes and approaches. Support the business in making sound hiring decisions and increasing stakeholder capability by coaching guiding and challenging stakeholders on interviewing and modern recruiting methodologies.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring hiring managers are compliant throughout the recruitment process for both internal and external candidates.
  • Partner with HR team and hiring managers to develop hiring plans and agree the best approach to meet needs. Advise on the use of assessment methodologies aligned to the behaviour and capability frameworks to improve the predictability of job performance.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment campaigns from initiation to employment offer. 
  • Fulfil immediate resource needs and pre-empt scarce and difficult to source skills. Build a talent pipeline and sources using a multi-channel approach. Overall, optimise recruitment cost and spend.
  • Focus on improving time to hire, reducing cost to hire and delivering commercially relevant service to the business.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Build strong working relationships with the HR team and wider business, influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve outcomes.
  • Take a consultative approach with hiring managers and fully understand their hiring needs.
  • Demonstrate the priority you give to the candidate experience and effective delivery of a vacancy being created to onboarding.
  • Role model how hiring managers should behave when recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently and work in a proactive manner.
