Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening files and completing reports
  • Sorting, allocating, and banking cheques
  • Processing incoming and outgoing payments
  • Reconciliation of Land Registry invoices with accounts ledgers
  • Managing petty cash and ledger requests
  • Speaking with clients, processing payments, and taking card payments
  • Handling supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and inter-account transfers
  • Managing client invoices, credit control, and nominal postings
  • Liaising with external auditors and supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks
