Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Science teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local secondary school in the Darlington area for a start in January 2025 for a long term role.

The role
The desired Science Teacher will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. The desired Science Teacher must have experience of working within a Science department and be comfortable teaching Science at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
Requirements
To be considered for the Science teacher position, you will:
- Have experience teaching secondary education at KS3 and KS4
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Secondary Teachers
- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessonsÂ
