We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client a Service Administrator to join their existing team.

The ideal candidate will be required to:

  • log, manage, monitor, and control workflow of jobs through our Client Management System.
  • Ensure routine maintenance is completed in line with the agreed programme of works and to relevant standards, data entry of service assets sheets
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and their stakeholders
  • Monitor the progress and completion of jobs in line with performance requirements
  • Develop close working relationships with area managers, supervisors and field engineers, planning and scheduling jobs and workloads on a daily and weekly basis
  • Provide relevant work instructions/site information to engineers
  • Assist in the completion of daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports (including daily performance, non-conformance and volume reports) within specified deadlines when required
  • Handle faults telephone enquiries from members of the public, clients and staff and take messages
  • Ordering of parts/equipment for new installations, callout faults or stock
  • Allocation of parts upon delivery for engineers or stock & assist in the management of stores (some light lifting required)
  • Build and develop effective internal and external relationships

  • Respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place
  • Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time as appropriate to the post

Full Time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
