We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage the F&B department at Blackwell Grange Hotel. As an F&B Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, maintain high service standards, and meet financial and guest satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage F&B staff, ensuring excellent service.
- Oversee food and beverage operations across all outlets and events.
- Handle budgets, monitor costs, and optimize profit margins.
- Perform duty management shifts to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and innovation.
- Foster positive guest relations, handling feedback and complaints.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in F&B management, preferably in hotels.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must hold a personal licence.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial controls.
- Passion for hospitality and high service standards.
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND in Hospitality Management).
- Experience with hotel management software and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and sustainability.
