About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge digital projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in development, a knack for account management, and a hands-on, "in the trenches" approach to project delivery. You will be the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, set expectations, and establish clear goals.
• Oversee multiple digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
• Work closely with the development team, using your technical expertise to guide and support their efforts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates.
• Troubleshoot project challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, while managing resources efficiently.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring project objectives are met.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Solid experience in a web development or technical role, with a deep understanding of the development process.
• Proven success in project management within a digital or technical environment.
• Exceptional account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience working directly with developers and technical teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
