- Financial Reporting
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create detailed financial packs for the Finance Leader’s review.
- Present divisional financials during monthly contract reviews to senior leadership.
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with divisional leaders to drive financial performance and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Provide guidance on cash management, asset tracking, and financial controls within the division.
- Budgeting and Planning
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage the forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Asset Management
- Oversee the divisional capital investment programme and prepare business cases for investment decisions.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate depreciation and physical controls are in place.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience working in a commercial environment with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and improve processes.
- Confident in managing senior executives and contributing to key business decisions.
