A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator has arisen to join my clients well-established company based in North Kent. This role is super varied so if you are organised, love being busy and have an aptitude to learn then carry on reading! The successful candidate will receive full training and will be working with various departments to ensure the overall smooth running of the Operations departments.
Duties include:
- Ensuring the satisfactory functionality of the building, telecoms and IT to guarantee business operations runs seamlessly.
- Ordering stock; stationary, PPE and uniform.
- Raising POs.
- Dealing with incoming phone calls.
- IT duties to include: troubleshooting, ordering and setting up new equipment, raising tickets etc.
- Other general duties such as ordering stock for the office, PPE and uniforms etc.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- Competent using IT and Microsoft packages.
- Excellent people skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team yet use initiative.
