THE ROLE:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of their office operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient administrative support to the sales team
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and friendly responses
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Printing dispatch notes and liaising with the warehouse team and delivery drivers
  • Producing invoicing and packing lists
  • Exporting documentation and ensuring paperwork is in order

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
