Our client is seeking a Branch Administrator to join their team. The individual will support the Branch Manager and be the first point of contact for incoming calls. The daily duties will include:

  • Preparing financial reports
  • Arranging events for the sales department
  • Recording all absence and holiday request
  • Arranging training courses for all departments and ensuring the records are kept up to date
  • Preparing documents and report for the sales department
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
