Key Responsibilities:-
Assisting in the management of corporate and personal insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.

Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve queries.

Preparing reports, correspondence, and legal documents in line with regulatory requirements.

Conducting financial investigations and asset realisation processes.

Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.

Supporting senior team members in case management and attending meetings as required.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or a related discipline.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
