Are you a recent graduate looking to start a career in insolvency and restructuring? We are seeking a Graduate Insolvency Administrator to join our professional and dynamic team in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading insolvency practice, working on a diverse range of cases while developing your skills in financial recovery and business restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the management of corporate and personal insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.

  • Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve queries.

  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and legal documents in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Conducting financial investigations and asset realisation processes.

  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.

  • Supporting senior team members in case management and attending meetings as required.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in insolvency and restructuring.

  • Previous work experience or an internship in finance, law, or insolvency would be advantageous but not essential.
